Once the consultation is completed, the fee is considered fully utilized.

2. Outcome

Acharya Sadhan & Team do not claim to change or alter anyone’s destiny.
All advice is provided strictly based on:

• The client’s Prakriti

• Astrological chart

• Horoscopic rules and timelines

Clients must understand that the guidance given is interpretative and not a guaranteed prediction.

3. Additional Consultations

If a client needs further advice, clarification, or a new remedy at a later stage, it will be treated as a new consultation, and the fee will apply again.

4. Remedies & Responsibility

Recommendations are given according to the client’s horoscope timeline.
Once the remedy is provided:

• Acharya Sadhan & Team are not responsible for any future negative effects or life events.

• If issues arise in the next timeline, the client must book a new consultation with applicable fees.

5. Client Compliance

Clients must follow the instructions and remedies exactly as advised.
Failure to follow the given guidance correctly voids any responsibility from Acharya Sadhan & Team.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since all sessions require prior booking and preparation:

• Cancellations are not allowed once the consultation slot is confirmed.

• Rescheduling may be permitted only if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

7. Refund Policy

Our aim is complete customer satisfaction.
A refund will be provided only if:

• The client is genuinely dissatisfied with the service and

• Valid reasons are presented and

• The claim is verified and proved after internal investigation

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after booking

• Not following the given remedies

• Expecting guaranteed results

• Misunderstanding the nature of astrological or spiritual guidance

Verified refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
